High above the Arkansas River Valley, on the iconic Sunset Point at

Mount Nebo, the Stinnetts chose to elope with nothing but each other, a few loved ones, and the promise of forever.

The weather had other plans—with a tornado watch in full effect, we watched the skies shift from light to moody in a matter of moments. But rather than dampening their day, it made every moment feel electric. There’s something unforgettable about a couple who stands hand in hand on the edge of a cliff, defying not only the weather but every expectation of what a wedding “should” be. The wind tangled in her hair, the fog rolling through the trees below, and the sense that this was their moment, exactly as it was meant to be.

We moved quickly, carefully—chasing the light, dancing with the wind, and documenting every raw, real second. The storm held off just long enough for vows, laughter, and the quietest kind of joy.

As we packed up and the rain began to fall, it felt like a perfect closing to a chapter that started with wild hearts and wild skies.
